Open your store and your free trial of everything starts, with nothing to pay until you choose a plan. Add your address, logo and signature any time.
Questions about paying
- How does the free trial work?
- Your 60-day trial starts when you open your store at the end of setup. It includes every feature of the Business plan, and there is nothing to pay until you choose a plan. There is one free trial per person: a second store opens once its first year is paid.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Choose a plan before it ends to keep selling without a break; a plan paid during the trial starts when the trial ends, so you lose no free days. If you do not choose one, the store becomes read-only: you can still see everything, but not sell. After a grace period it closes until a plan is paid for.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. An upgrade applies at once and costs only the difference for the rest of your year. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal; before choosing it, disable any staff it does not allow.
- Do you give refunds?
- No. Payments are not refunded, which is why you get a free trial first and an upgrade costs only the difference.
- How do I pay?
- Online from the app, by card or transfer, or by transfer to us directly. Each plan is paid once a year.
- Which currency do I pay in?
- Shops that trade in naira pay in naira. Shops that trade in any other currency pay in US dollars.
- Is there a charge per sale?
- No. The yearly price covers everything in your plan, however much you sell.
- Do you reward referrals?
- Yes. When a shop joins with your store's code and pays for a plan, both stores get a free month, and 12 paying shops earn a bonus year. Your code is under Refer a shop in the app.
