This guide helps you see how your shop is doing and take your data out to Excel. Reports show costs and profit, so staff need both See reports and See costs to open them. Owners can always open them. On a phone, Reports is under More.

The Sales and Inventory reports come with the Shop and Business plans. The Staff report and Exports come with Business. Your free trial includes them all, and the dashboard is in every plan.

Reports have four tabs: Sales, Inventory, Staff and Exports.

Sales report

  1. Tap Reports. The Sales tab opens.
  2. Pick a period: Today, This week, This month, Last month, Last 30 days or This year. Or choose your own dates in From and To.

You see:

  • Revenue, Profit, Discounts and Returns for the period.
  • Collected: money taken in the period, less refunds.
  • Outstanding: what these sales still owe today.
  • Revenue by day or by month.
  • Top devices and Top products.
  • Devices by type and Products by category.

Inventory report

Tap the Inventory tab. You see:

  • The value of your stock, at cost and at the selling price.
  • Devices by status and Devices by condition.
  • How long devices have waited: devices on sale for a long time tie up your money.
  • Running low: products at or below their reorder level.
  • Products by category.

Staff report

Tap the Staff tab and pick a period. For each member of your team you see:

  • Sales and items sold, Revenue, Profit and the Average sale.
  • Discounts on their sales: how much, on how many sales, and as a share of the listed prices.
  • Returns handled: the returns they processed and the money they refunded.
  • Credit owed: what their customers still owe on sales from the period.
  • Collected later: payments they took after the sale, such as credit being paid off.

Sales, discounts and credit count for whoever made the sale. Returns and later payments count for whoever handled them.

Export your data

  1. Tap the Exports tab.
  2. Pick what to export: Sales, Payments, Devices, Products or Stock movements.
  3. For sales, payments and stock movements, pick the dates. Add other filters if you need them.
  4. Under File, pick Excel or CSV. Excel opens in Excel or Google Sheets, with numbers and dates ready to add up.
  5. Tap the download button, for example Download sales.

The file saves to your phone or computer.

Tip: Export your sales at the end of each month and keep the file. It is a good record for your accountant.

The dashboard

The Dashboard shows today, this week and this month at a glance. It shows money only to people with See reports, and profit only to people who also have See costs.
