Print, save or send a receipt

This guide shows you how to print a receipt, save it as a PDF or send it to a customer, right after a sale or at any time later.

Right after a sale

When you save a sale, you see Sale recorded and the receipt number. Under it:

• Print opens the receipt, ready to print.
• Download saves the receipt as a PDF file, for example Receipt-000123.pdf.
• Send opens your phone's share menu with the receipt PDF. Pick WhatsApp and the customer's chat. The customer gets the PDF itself, not a link.

Send shows only on phones that can share files. On a computer, or if you do not see Send, tap Download and attach the PDF to your message.

Every receipt is A5, half the size of A4.

Find an old receipt

1. Tap Sales.
2. Search by receipt number, customer name or phone.
3. Tap the sale. Its page shows Receipt and the number at the top.
4. Tap Print, Download or Send.

Tip: A customer who owes money is also on the Credit page. Tap their name to open the sale.

What the receipt shows

• Your logo, store name, address, phone and email.
• The receipt number, date and time, and who sold it.
• The customer's name.
• Each item with its price. Devices show their IMEI or serial number.
• The subtotal, any discount, the total, what was paid and what is still owed.
• The guarantee, for example "2 days guarantee", with the last day.
• "No refund of money after payment.", if your store has this setting on.
• A line for the customer's signature and your signature above "Authorised signature".

If items come back, the receipt shows them as returned. Print or send it again to give the customer an updated copy.

Change what receipts look like

The owner sets these in Settings:

• Receipt numbers, guarantee days and the no-refund line: the Receipts tab.
• Logo: the Logo tab.
• Signature: the Signature tab.
