Choose or change your plan
Choose a plan after your free trial, upgrade at once, or move to a smaller plan at renewal.
Updated 2 October 2026
This guide shows the owner how to choose a plan after the free trial, upgrade to a bigger plan, or move to a smaller one. Only the owner can do this. On a phone, Settings is under More.
The plans
- Solo: just you, no staff accounts. Selling, devices and accessories, credit, returns, receipts and the dashboard.
- Shop: everything in Solo, up to 3 staff with their own permissions, bulk import from Excel or CSV, and the sales and inventory reports.
- Business: everything in Shop, as many staff as you need, exports to Excel and CSV, the staff performance report, the audit log of every change, and priority support.
Every plan is paid once a year. The Subscription page shows each plan's price in your currency.
Choose a plan during your free trial
Your free trial includes everything in Business. Choose a plan before it ends to keep selling without a break.
- Open Settings, then Subscription.
- On the plan you want, tap Choose and the amount, and pay on the secure payment page.
Your paid year starts when the trial ends, so you lose no free days. Until then you keep every feature of the trial.
Upgrade to a bigger plan
- Open Settings, then Subscription.
- On the bigger plan, tap Upgrade now for and the amount.
- Check what you pay and tap Pay.
The upgrade applies as soon as the payment is confirmed. You pay only the difference for the rest of the year you already paid for, and your renewal date stays the same.
Tip: When something in the app shows a small Shop or Business tag, tapping it explains what that plan adds, with an Upgrade button.
Move to a smaller plan
A smaller plan starts at your next renewal; you keep your current plan until then.
- Open Settings, then Subscription.
- On the smaller plan, tap Switch at renewal, pay later. Your renewal is then priced at the smaller plan.
To change your mind, tap Keep Business instead (it names your current plan).
You can also pay for the smaller plan's year straight away with Choose. That year starts when your current one ends.
Too many staff for a plan
A smaller plan allows fewer staff: none on Solo and up to 3 on Shop. If you have more active staff than a plan allows, its card shows Disable staff first.
- Tap Disable staff first.
- Tap Disable next to the people who no longer need access.
Disabled staff keep their account and their history. You can enable them again later if your plan has room. This works even when the store is read-only or closed.
