Change your phone, email or password

This guide shows you how to change your name, phone number, email or password, and what to do if you forget your password. These are your own account details. The store's phone and email are in Settings, on the Business tab.

Open your account

1. Tap the round button with your initials at the top of the screen.
2. Tap Account. The page Your account opens.

Change your phone number

You sign in with your phone number and receive codes on it.

1. Under Phone number, tap Change phone number.
2. Type the New phone number. Check the country.
3. Tap Send code. We send a 6-digit code to the new number on WhatsApp.
4. Type the Code and tap Confirm new number.

From now on, sign in with the new number.

Add or change your email

You need an email to renew the subscription online and to get receipts and reminders by email. Codes and notices also come to your phone on WhatsApp.

1. Under Email, tap Add email or Change email.
2. Type the email and tap Send code.
3. Open the email from Inventra and type the 6-digit Code.
4. Tap Confirm email.

If your email is not verified yet, tap Verify email and enter the code we send.

Change your password

1. Under Password, type your Current password.
2. Type a New password. Use at least 8 characters.
3. Type it again in Repeat the new password.
4. Tap Change password.

Changing your password signs you out on every other device.

Change your name

Under Profile, change your Full name and tap Save name.

Forgot your password?

1. On the sign-in page, tap Forgot password?
2. Enter your Phone number and tap Send code.
3. Type the 6-digit Code from the WhatsApp message.
4. Type a New password and Repeat the new password.
5. Tap Change password.
6. You are signed out everywhere. Tap Sign in and use the new password.

Tip: No code? Wait one minute, then tap Resend code or Text me the code instead. Check that you typed the phone number on your account. If your account has an email, you can also tap Email me the code instead.

Sign out

Tap your initials, then Sign out. Or tap Sign out at the bottom of Your account. This signs you out on this device only.
